    Purchased MS509 from Amazon. Great tool but CD included will not load, gives some error notice?? Not my computer as other CD's load OK? Need other CD and/or help with loading CD. Thanks, Terry.

    Reply to 1 floor: hi , had the same problem , chez if your computer has a 64 bits operating system , the sofware would not install on my win7 pro 64bits . however works like a charm on my pc with win7 home edition 32 bits . try
